She says that Alpha has consistently had the best management team she’s ever worked with and also has the best clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys combing through antique stores and spending time in their condo in Bradenton, Florida.

Abby Wasson, RPR, CCR
From the time I was around 15 years old, I knew I wanted to be a court reporter. My love of English, grammar, and reading made it the perfect career choice for me, and 16 years later that has proven to still be true. The best part of my job is going somewhere different every day and learning something new every day. No two days are ever the same! I also greatly appreciate the flexibility in schedule freelance reporting provides for me to be a mom. And, contrary to popular belief, court reporters are still very much in high demand, both in courtrooms and deposition settings, and it’s exciting to be a part of the technological advances that showcase our unique and valuable skillset.
As a freelance reporter, it is of paramount importance that I take work through a professional and reputable court reporting firm that has the highest standards when it comes to quality and service. Working with Alpha and its exceptional office staff allows me to produce the most accurate and timely transcript possible. I am appreciative of all the extra services Alpha provides attorneys from video conferencing to in-house videographers to an online repository. We are a one-stop shop! When I’m not in depositions or working in my home office, I stay busy raising two beautiful and exceptional Ethiopian-born children with my husband Roger, enjoying life in the Rountree neighborhood which we call home, and traveling with my family.
Tiffany Wooldridge, RPR, CCR
Tiffany graduated from AIB College of Business in Des Moines, Iowa, with a court reporting degree in 2003. After a year as a freelance reporter in the Kansas City area, she made her way to southwest Missouri, which she has considered home ever since. Along with deposition work, she has also been a Stenograph Certified Independent Training Agent for seven years where she is able to help other reporters with software training through seminars and one-on-one sessions.
She recognizes the importance of the future of court reporting and is glad to work with a firm that finds it equally as important. Besides spending a ton of time in a vehicle traveling to watch her daughter play volleyball and her son run cross country, Tiffany enjoys promoting the profession and speaking to high school students (and anyone who will listen) about this wonderful and rewarding career.
